Mark Sandson

Mark Sandson operates ESG’s San Diego Branch, providing clients in this area with the benefits of his experience – in both privately held companies and established public firms. Sandson has advised owners of middle-market businesses in strategic planning and business/technology/organization/market development. His experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financing is invaluable to ESG clients involved in strategically repositioning their companies.
Experience
Sandson has 35 years of experience concentrated in the information, aerospace, defense and engineering industries. He has been involved in the development and application of state-of-the-art technologies, and has supported mission-critical programs nationally and internationally. He has performed in executive management roles for operations, consulting, marketing and finance, and has participated on four corporate boards. Sandson founded, operated and sold his own consulting firm, which continues to operate successfully.
Mark is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and has completed graduate work in operations research and engineering administration at George Washington University.
