Experience
Hayden has over 18 years of experience working with start-up companies in engineering, marketing, business development and M&A activities. Early in his career with Westinghouse Electronics Systems Group, he was a manufacturing engineer for a defense-oriented hybrid microelectronics product line. Later, he led the effort for the NOAA Halocarbons Group designing and manufacturing instrumentation for remote climate monitoring.
As an entrepreneur in several emerging technology start-ups, Hayden was involved in product launches, business strategy, raising capital and product management for wireless products, consumer electronics, aviation electronics and business services.
Arn holds BS in mechanical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MS in engineering/business from the University of Colorado.
